Responsibilities:

·         Generate new referral business and build relationship with existing referrals

·         Ability to assess complex residential application

·         Ability to manage and maintain key relationship with customers

 

Requirements:

·         Sound understanding of the mortgage market

·         Proven ability to achieve sales target or at least $1 mil in monthly settlement

·         Certificate 4 or Diploma in mortgage lending

 

Full training & ongoing support will be provided, as well as reward systems (basic salary plus commission depending on experience) that aim to maximize the potential of all team members.
