How it works

You complete the above referral agreement with your details. n1 finance will contact the client, obtain a copy of their credit report, explain the service and any fees involved.

If the client proceeds with the service and the loan application has been successfully granted by the lender, you will be notified and asked to supply us with a tax invoice for the referral fee.

 

Regular updates so you can reprocess the loan

n1 finance will supply you with regular email and phone call updates so that you can reprocess the loan when the client’s credit rating has been restored.

 

No paperwork required

Our aim is to make the referral process as simple as possible for our referral parties, therefore you are not required to complete any paperwork or have the client sign any documents. We will explain the service to the client for you and arrange any necessary paperwork. All you have to do is submit an invoice for the referral fee.

 

Client remains yours

n1 finance will not offer mortgage broking services to any client referred by a referral party. So you can be assured the client remains yours for the purpose of brokering their loan.
