Position: IT Coordinator

 

N1 is one of Australia's largest multi-cultural business, financial and property services firm, with market leading technology and unique business model, with global footprints across Australia, China and Malaysia. N1 services spans across finance, real estate, accounting and immigration consulting. To adapt to the growing trend of internet and smartphone savvy customers, the company is looking for a bilingual (English/Chinese) IT Coordinator to develop and enhance N1 digital initiatives and optimise our computer network and system services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for IT related queries for all N1 staffs and associates all over the Australia and overseas.

  • Plan, design, implement and maintain network systems of moderate complexity in the commercial and corporate network environment.

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.

  • IT system regular maintenance, provide network & system technical support when in need.

  • Assisting staffs or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required.

  • Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the network is not compromised as per Data Breach reporting requirements of Privacy Act and EDB Eligible Data Breach obligations of ASX listed entities.

  • Proficient with the N1 standard of technology and hardware configuration.

  • Provide support for the varied Audio-Visual equipment in Sydney office and in the other offices across Australia and overseas.

  • Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers in a timely manner.

  • Conduct end-user training on applications and systems.

Qualifications & Experience Necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology,

  • Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience.
