Jacqueline Wang
Chief Operating Officer
Jacqueline Wang joined N1 Finance in Feb 2012 and prior to that was the Business Development Manager for Be100 Pty Ltd. As head of business development, she expanded business into Melbourne and Shanghai. She was appointed as chief representative of Shanghai office.
Jacqueline has a Bachelor of International Business from University of Wollongong (2008), Master of Accounting from University of Curtin (2009).
Jessie Wang
Head of Sales & Training (Home Lending)
Jessie Wang was working in Sales, Finance company and Australian Major Bank; she got more than 12 years’ experience in finance, lending, sales and customer services. Ms. Wang is specializing with residential home loan and car loan. In N1, Jessie is in charge of new and existing employees’ lending product knowledge training, policy and rates update, case scenario discussion and loan structuring.
Jessie has Master Degree of International Business in University of Wollongong Australia, Bachelor of International Business (in Finance) in University of Wuhan, Technology, China.
Wendy Nan Zhang
Senior Partnership Manager
Wendy Zhang, also an accredited mortgage broker, specialize in private lending and short term financing for SMEs. Currently Wendy Zhang works as Senior Partnership Manager collaborating with accountants, mortgage brokers and real estate agents, focus in the distribution of home lending products and OneLend commercial lending products via third party channels.
Sarah Li
Senior Commercial Credit Manager
Sarah Li is the commercial lending manager for all N1 short term loans. Prior to joining N1, she has worked as Premier Banking Relationship Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Sarah Li has over 6 years’ experience in financial services, gained in a diverse range of expertise in residential mortgage lending and commercial lending area, backed by a strong knowledge in risk management.
Mick Ye
Senior Commercial Credit Manager
Mick Ye is an experienced commercial lending manager with 12 years’ experience in financial services, risk management, project finance and assessment as well as commercial banking. This includes 8 years’ service in ANZ Bank and 4 years in other financial services companies. Mick Ye joined N1 in April 2019 and is playing a key role in commercial lending department. Mick Ye holds a master’s degree in International Business from University of Wollongong.
Vincent Yao
Senior Commercial Credit Manager
Vincent Yao, as a long time veteran in N1, is the responsible manager of N1 Loans ACL (Australian Credit License), with abundant experience in both home lending and private lending.​ Vincent is also a credit committee member of OneLend. He gained his previous work experience via Westpac Bank of Australia.
Heather Zhang
Head of Sales - Direct Lending
Heather Zhang is the Head of Sales for OneLend. Heather Zhang has a passion for two things: people and property.
Heather Zhang has over 10 years extensive experience in the property and finance industry. Prior to joining N1, she was the principal of her own mortgage broking firm, having been a mortgage broker since 2010 and helped thousands of property investors in various sort of financing. Heather's current role is in the B2B distribution for N1's commercial lending product - OneLend. Her prior experience as a mortgage broker enables her to understand the needs of service excellence when it comes to partnering with mortgage brokers to deliver high standard product and service level to their clients.
Heather Zhang has a Master’s Degree from Sydney University and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (LREA). She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Yu Steven Shen
Head of Marketing & PR
Steven Shen is the Head of Marketing for N1 and has more than 16 years of marketing, project management, sales and strategy experience across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Shen previous roles expands across various industries including financial services, real estate, advertising and media. Mr Shen has held management positions in both private firms and publicly listed multinationals including KVB Kunlun Financial Group (8077: HK) and Sing Tao Daily Newspaper. Mr Shen also worked for Shui On Group (0272: HK), Shanghai Television Station, Hakuhodo and Bates Asia.
Mr Shen holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from Shanghai University and a Post-Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from British Columbia Institution of Technology.
John Lau
Head of Third Party Distribution
John Lau has been in the Finance and Mortgage broking industry for over 10 years. He brings a great extent of knowledge and experience in managing SME clients and broker channels. He has won many industry awards including the 2015 TOP 10 Mortgage Broker in Australia.

Previous career as an award winning mortgage broker for over a decade, John has deep understanding of the industry and possess business sense that helps him provides a solution for third party business partners. He is currently looking after a portfolio of business partners across Australia, helping business partners and mortgage brokers expand into SME alternative lending.
